Heya,
I am going to have a little rant because what I have just witnessed angers me immensely. I'm sure all of you reading this are good people, I hope you are. After reading this please phone your gran, grandad, elderly neighbour and keep them safe.
A man has just phoned my nan claiming to be from a company that talk talk employ and is going to help fix her emails. Now my nan has been having trouble with her emails and needed to access them to receive possible bad news. He took advantage of her lack of knowledge around technology and gained access to her computer.
After realising what was happening I quickly put a stop to it and my nan passed me the phone and I wasn't having it!
My nan is now worried about her privacy and online safety and she shouldn't have to be because people like this should not be allowed to get away with it.
Please talk to those around you. Tell them the warning signs.
